David Hilbert was born in Naples. In the mid-90s, the very young David Hilbert, who was 15 years old in that period, starts taking part in the events of a group named “Angels of Love”, known in the Parthenopean music scene for the organization of events with the best House DJs in the world, and it’s precisely in those years that, listening to their live performances, David begins his journey in the music. After many sacrifices he manages to buy his first console, and the first DJ sets, made in the old way with vinyl and the famous 1200, arrive soon. Within just a few years he notices that the vinyl itself is going to set and new technologies are getting the upper hand, giving new opportunities to the emerging DJs, therefore he decides to give an artistic turn to his sound, and he buy all the instruments to realize a “Home Studio Recording”. He devotes himself to the self-study of the piano and he starts to produce already in 1999, although the times were hard and the record labels very demanding…but by now the music has become an integral part of his life, and he decides to expand his knowledge. He enrolls at the Faculty of Engineering, that takes him a lot of time, stopping completely the musical compositions for several years, but on the other hand he studies subjects such as Acoustics and Applied Acoustic in depth that, along with the pre-existent preparation, complete the profile of a “sound engineer” with marked capacity. He has started the activity of DJ producer again at the moment, alternating Tech-House tracks with Techno tracks.
