Erik Pijl

Erik Pijl is a DJ / Producer from the Netherlands, born in Dordrecht. His interest in electronic music originated in the late nineties in the breakbeat scene of Amsterdam. Later he started to focus more on techno music through his work as a lighting technician in Rotterdam's most popular technoclub called Perron. Where he did the lightningshows for international techno artists in the period from 2010 till 2015, and inspired him to make his own music. He likes to work with hardware and software together and he also finds it a challenge to make his own sounds by circuit bending toys and instruments and use it in his tracks in unique ways.
