d-phrag is a Bulgarian DJ and producer. With no formal musical education, music always has been an essential part of his life. As every teenager of his generation he enjoyed heavy metal and punk rock, as well as many other music styles. His affection for electronic music dates back to 2002. His musical taste has been heavily influenced by the Global Underground series, The Essential Mix on BBC, as well as John Digweed’s Kiss 100 radioshow. The DJ’s that shaped his vision for the modern electronic music – Kleineberg, Sasha, Digweed, Oakenfold, Dave Seaman...to name a few.At some point he decided to try some DJ software to make a mix with only the tracks he likes and that was the moment he fell in love with the DJ mixing.
