For its 63th release Aethereal presents GAR aka Great Audio Recorded who returns on the label with a brand-new EP 'Restricted Sphere' a speculative galactical voyage which includes ecstatic remixes from world famous progressive legends Jay Hubbard and Rogier. Based in Jaipur, capital city in the east region of Rajasthan, India GAR has an awe-inspiring roll of releases in last 2 years on top notch labels including Alltum, Big Toys Productions, King Street Sounds, Hungry Koala, Royal Ravers, Hot Hat and more which shows his amazing work till day makes him a true progressive prodigy from Indian subcontinent. We saw him last year on Aethereal with his track Delphinus which got a major support from Ruben de Ronde and other top industry names. GAR also hosts his weekly trance series "Trancemoon Unikamix" which is recognized widely around the globe amongst trance family. Its delightful to have him back with this EP on the label as his impressive virtue for progressive scene makes him versatile in his tunes. 'Restricted Sphere' is remarkable in its sound textures as it builds over a crafty arpeggiated initiating pluck and majestic groove, it jumps into a wondrous deep bassline that drives the track into a dream state. The breakdown is a sublime pursuit as the environment is filled with deep keys and lush pad sounds along with a monk choir vox. The track revamps with a powerful melody and a zeal that captures you in the moment. A deep stab in the melody makes this track memorable as you can clearly imagine the sun going down while sitting on a beach. A tinkling track from GAR indeed. Jay Hubbard returns to Aethereal on remix duties and this time he performs an energetic extravagance which surely is his one of the best remixes yet. Jay has been persistent with his charismatic releases on top labels like Black Hole Recordings, Electronic Tree, Pineapple Digital, JOOF Aura, PHW Elements, Elliptical Sun and many more. In this remix, Jay discharges the progressive aura from the original melody into a divine groove along with the female voxes from the intro and it sounds incredible. A chunky kick grove with dope percussions portraits an emotional picture. The breakdown features a reverbed key that sounds like heaven with deep pads and female vocals at such level that you are lost in the sound. A deeper bassline creates a new level of energy that leads your feet towards the dancefloor. A zest track from Jay here. As Ruben De Ronde once said "Rogier is one of my favorite progressive house producer", visionary Holland producer and Aethereal favorite Rogier Schouten aka Rogier presents the final remix of the original tune and undoubtedly unveils a classic dancefloor banger. As the track holds a throbbing kick drum and majestic progressive house groove alongside peaking deep bass lines and melody chord results into a flawless interpretation. Chilled plucks are impressive as the track evolves into more beatific environment especially after the breakdown it reveals into club progressive. The use of sublime pads and stabs make this remix a special one. This one surely not to be missed.
