London based DJ and producer RETNA has been putting his weight into the studio to
fine-tune and develop his sound.
Cultivating his craft at Point Blank Music School we are left with a house music enthusiast that loves the darker edges, amalgamating a style that is unique and turning heads on the dance floor.
Releases on his label Botar Records has drawn the attention of a continued string of DJ’s such as Adam Beyer, Skream, Carlo Lio, De La Swing, Chris Lake and more. The hype rapidly building around the RETNA name piqued the interest label boss Mark Knight. RETNA’s single ‘Pressure’ was signed to Toolroom Records which achieved great success hitting Number 1 on Beatports Overall playlist.
More recently RETNA is making some major moves on the famous Saved Records with label boss, Nic Fanciulli. Their track is called ‘’This Is Life’’ and is due to release on the 24th September. This is life has already received support from DJ’s at the top of
their game. This includes Jamie Jones, MK, Solardo and many more. Additionally, it has been no stranger to feature on top tastemaker radio shows from the likes of Danny Howards BBC Radio 1 show, Pete Tongs Radio 1 essential mix and Gorgon
