Being filled (and fuelled) with inspiration and enthused about the possibilities of computer-based music production, Markus Kalb started his project in the middle of the 2000s. He developed a knack for making use of a wide spectrum of stylistic devices, embracing not only house and techno but also chill-out up to breakbeat. Hence his sound defies being narrowly pigeonholed. Zweig productions are characterized by a very warm and harmonic sound. He loves to mix vintage stylistics with fresh own ideas.
