Stockholm producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Rasmus Faber's career spans20 years and over 100 releases including collaborations with Kaskade, Deadmau5, Axwell, Defected, Lenno and Pete Tong to name a few.
The Three Pounds of Flax EP is a collection of songs instigated during the sessions from last years' 'Two Left Feet' album and developed over the previous few months of Covid-19 lockdown. In keeping with the album, the style focuses on the organic, live instrumentation Rasmus performs and records himself such as the marimba and grand piano which melds with house inspired percussive beats.
The EP follows up from the multi-million streamed single 'Be Real' (+18 million streams on Spotify) and on two of the tracksRasmus teams up with fellow Stockholmers Ramverk and Linn to create a collection of sublime but infectious songs.
