I started out with the simple dream of producing my own electronic tracks. I loved the synth sounds and the melodies it could create. Up until then, I thought the DJ produced the tracks. So I started out taking a DJ course at Fieldzz Disco(Irai Campos/2007). Realizing it wasn’t exactly what I thought it was, I switched over to music production/mixing/mastering/synth programing at OMiD and 2600hz schools (2008). I was studying at two schools at the same time. From then on, I started a phase of new discoveries, hard work and dedication to achieve my dream. That lead me to creating three EDM projects: Hunted (Trance) / Spectro Senses (Psytrance) and Ronei Leite (House). I produced a lot of tracks, trying to work on a specific chronogram that I thought would help me perfect my craft. It’s funny thinking about it now, but I think it worked out. I thought starting out with Trance would help me out on chords and melodies. After that I would be able to make Isra Trance. I also had a smooth House phase, it was a nice experience to work with vocals. As time went by, I got signed by better labels. Today I’m on B.E.N. Records (DE), a traditional EDM label. I’ve been a producer for five years. But on the last two years, unexpectedly, I saw myself with the ability of a synth sound designer. I started on it when I decided to make Psytrance tracks, I wanted my sounds to be similar to the ones I heard, so I started researching what they used to create those magical sounds. I started to design synth sounds in February 2010. I worked on subtractive synthesis up until November, creating 120 presets. When I finished up, I was so hyped that I thought it should be available to other people like me, So i put it up online for free. Through that I met George Reales (discco DSP owner, Spain). He was definitely crucial on my growing process as a sound design. He started spreading the word about my sounds, and I saw a new industry that I liked and could explore. So I’ve been creating lots of sound banks for different synthesizers, and selling them on my own E- commerce website as well as on manufactured companies such as Dance Midi Samples / Producer Loops and my own label, Ronei Music. I studied sound engineering on IAV in 2010. I am currently teaching at OMiD Audio Academy, where I had a great learning experience, preparing me for real life work situations. it’s only fair to pass that on to my students now a days.Currently teaching:Introduction to audio and acoustics Introduction to music production Audio software basicsAcoustics and studio design Electric and electronics in audio Digital audio and audio softwares Introduction to music business Music business basicsExecutive production and distributionMarketing and concert productionCopyrights and cultural investment encouragement lawsMusic publishing e other marketsAnalog audio and hardware. =======================
