Gaïdzag means lightning in Armenian and its diminutive Gaïdz means spark. Stylized « Gaidz », it is in 2015 that this new artist name illuminates the mind of the Parisian producer better known in France under the name of DJ Flex.In 1997 Flex took control of the « Extravadance » show on NRJ. Very quickly he went on tour and starts producing before landing on Radio FG after a short visit to Fun Radio in 2003. In parallel his label Excess Music is also an important actor of that time with dozens of vinyl references which mark a whole generation of DJ’s.From 2007 the one called David slowed down his activities to devote himself mainly to production and musicology.
