Fosters is a proud Narrunga man raised in Melbourne, Australia. The music he creates is inspired by a lived experience walking between two worlds as an Indigenous Australian fighting for his culture to be recognized whilst trying to advocate and educate others through music, dancing and story-telling. Fosters believes that music is inexplicably tied to our nature as humans and we rely on music to facilitate our connections with others, on social, emotional and spiritual levels. He also believes that there is no difficult conversation that can't be resolved on a dancefloor and implores people to recognize dancefloors as a space that is safe, respected and free of the inhibitions that often tie us to societal norms and practice.
