Rith Banney likes the idea of merging “Arts and Senses” in order to make his artistic proposals complete, intelligible and therefore immersive.
Artistic Director since 2002 for festivals, parisian venues and producers (L’aérosol, Festival des Giboulées, Batofar, Glaz’Art, L’Entrepôt, Grand Bain Production), Yann Berthin aka Rith Banney has programmed thousands of artists : Bonobo, Kavinsky, The Animals, Frank Black (Pixies), Buzzcocks, Wax Tailor, Raekwon, M.O.P., Tycho, Nina Kravitz, Maya Jane Coles, Worakls, C2C... Musician and lmmaker, he proposes visceral and obsessive music (electro, house, techno) and creates dark, intoxicating and exciting visual content (black & white, monochrome) around themes that he loves: nightlife, the deadly sins, and the magic number 7.

After many international events (Gartenstudio Gallery - Berlin, Center’s Art - Boston, Yes Club - Prague, La Gaïté Lyrique - Paris), many photographic books, videos clips and singles releases, Rith Banney co-founded with Matterow his own label Material Boys in 2016 to propose new projects.
Between 2018 and 2019, Rith Banney has multiplied releases on international labels : Circus Records (UK), Play Records (CA), Natura Viva (IT), Grimey Records (US), Lotus Mathematics (US), Boxon Records (FR) and Limbo Records (IT).
He has been more than 152 days in the TOP 100, 3 times in the TOP 10 releases and 5 times in the TOP 100 on Beatport. Rith Banney have more than 1 million views on Instagram.
In 2020, we are going to see his new concept Nightlife (& its 7 deadly sins). And that will be the opportunity to discover on stage his Live mixing electronic music and unique visuals.
