  • Description Following up their own launch EP People Get Real are proud to present three original tracks from The Countach. A mysterious Mancunian from the mountains of Manchester, England and supplier of exquisite beats at his very own Jupiter Rooms parties in London and Manchester. Anyone who as stumbled across one of these events (and many have) will profess that our strange friend has an impeccable musical pedigree.Driven by his love of techno, italo and leftfield disco and inspired by the likes of Michael Mayer, Magda and Ivan Smagghe, The Countach strives to make records that have that little something extra.First up is Learn The Dance, The Countach sets out his stall with a brilliant off kilter disco joint; wonky synths are married perfectly with tight beats and an infectious bassline, with vocals inviting all comers to Learn The Dance. Mister Galaxy offers another chance to hear The Countach flex his disco muscles; an Italo inspired bassline sets up the track smartly until the main riff and keys drop, but really its all about the stunning handclaps. Whats In The Box slows the tempo, but the intent is still clear, a hefty slomo bassline pushes the track along while emotive synths play off each other to give the track a more haunting feel. The tracks were mastered by Suade Bergemann, who recently engineered Magdas artist album From the Fallen Page
