One of the days foremost techno labels, !Organism, has finalized its next dancefloor missive, and it comes form Italian artist Mintech complete with a remix from Skober. Mintech has been producing his stripped back brand of techno most successfully since 2001 on labels like remain, Lost Demo and Achromatiq, so by now he really has fomented his own unique style.

The first of the two tracks he offers here is Silicium, a tunnelling bit of techno with subliminal bass pulse and plenty of grainy texture. Echoing hi hat ringlets bring that classic techno feel and gallivanting drums add extra physicality to the perfectly precise and well-chiselled production.

Ukrainian talent Skober is the man enlisted to remix, and is someone who has released on wellrespected labels like Phobiq, Fone Audio, Remain and Respekt. His version of the track is moredramatic and tension fuelled. The kick drums really hit hard and the white noise quotient is upped considerably for those extra rushy moments on the dancefloor. The man also imbues his track with some shadowy vocals to really finish it off in style.

The second original from Mintech is Promethium which is a dark and doom laden stomper. Apocalyptic synths and spray about in frazzled fashion and act to confuse and confound listeners perfect for darkened warehouses come the weekend!

Another no nonsense EP from !Organism, then, that continues in their fine tradition of high impact techno.
