Seattle Transplant, Phoseph, rst started his journey with music in his home city of Tucson, Arizona. He discovered many sounds and released his rst round of successful productions nding early success overseas.
He honed his skills as a DJ through gigs and hosting a radio show while he developed his personal sound, easily recognizable today by those familiar with his work. Relocating to the Pacic Northwest in 2017 he continued to nd himself, his style his sound.
Phoseph draws inspiration from experiencing late night festival sets. The feelings and energy of a few hundred people being transported to another galaxy by living in the moment and extraterrestrial sounds playing at the top of groovin’ 808 basslines.
Since relocating to Seattle Phoseph discovered a sound he feels condent in and encapsulates his goal of making others feel. Connection through music no matter what stage people are at in their lives is powerful and he’s no doubt been nding success in pursuing this goal.
With deep moody basslines he creates a sense of dark foreboding while employing melodic elements to poke at various other emotions.
Over the past couple years he has released tracks on a plethora of labels.
Should you nd yourself in the Seattle area you can nd Phoseph playing at Q Nightclub, Kremwerk and Monkey Loft on a regular basis as he holds down residencies for Field Trip and Noise Complaint. Two of Seattle’s premiere house nights.
