Pirupa's NONSTOP imprint is always a go to when looking for that classic summer tech house sound and their latest release doesn't disappoint as they welcome Andrea Guidice who offers up two stellar peak time groovers plus a remix from Matt Tolfrey.

The 'Denver Funk EP' opens with the title track throwing you hard into the tech groove, powered by a deep bass line that props up the intricate drum patterns above. Catchy vocal samples duck in and out throughout showing hints of the old school rave sound.

'Hoop' then follows as a percussively led slammer which develops throughout, leaving you listening to a truly vibrant selection of synth whirrs and melodic flurries that bounce infectiously over the foundations of drums and bass. Matt Tolfrey then arrives on the scene building his rework around the ever trippy melodic line which rises and falls across the entire journey. This, worked around a more underground and minimal tech sound works like a dream as you're carried effortlessly across this progressive interpretation.
