Vladimir Vorobiev, better known by his stage name Cynematic, is a producer and DJ from Moscow. The history of the project dates back to 2003, at the club bort707, where the artists Mooqie and Dima Pulsar met. The project was mutated from another Visual Informix project, each track was experimented with sound and the main emphasis was on sharpness of sound, honed mixdowns and psychedical forms of bass. Cynematic project decided to try its hand on the world stage and after mass broadcasting of demo tracks, Paul InsideInfo responded, marked the tracks for himself and appreciated them properly and, in his turn, sent them to Viper Recordings - Futurebound label CEO. After several weeks of waiting, they were signed to a label. Cynematic debuted on the Viper Summer Slammers 2014 annual album with the track "Vortex", followed by an impressive debut single "Daytona / Space City". Cynematic is a noisy mix of 80's synths, funk and greasy bass, cinematic drums and melodic parts. Cynematic tracks were highly appreciated by such artists as Camo & Krooked, Culture Shock, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Metrik, Friction and many others. Space City's track was long in the lead on the commercial for the weekly Friction show on BBC Radio 1, Waterbased was in the Metrik mix, and also rotated regularly on the KISS FM station. As an artist, he draws inspiration from different styles. His love of 80's aesthetics, techno style, movie soundtracks shaped the modern sound of Cynematic.
