Tophoo

Tophoo is a progressive and psychedelic Trance Project formed by german artist and producer Nils Elsäßer based near Hamburg. Born in 1993 his first contact to music was at the age of 7 when he started to play the piano. Soon a strong passion for all kinds of weird and extravagant music developed and ended in a live consuming love for psychedelic Trance. It all started with some Full On and experimental stuff. Nowadays the style of Tophoo can’t be described as one concrete subgenre of Psytrance but more as a journey through emotions and different states of mind. The commonalities of all productions are strong and complex melodic work and driven and groovy basslines.
