Superbuzz is a musical duet of Frederic and Ingomar. Frederic actually plays the harp with virtuosity, Ingomar the viola. Both of them met in 1996 when performing a Mozart Opera in Chicago. They decided to quit their professional career as classic musicians for the sake of techno. “We actually hate techno, but one night at a hotel bar, it was Tokyo I guess, we decided to do something completely new. Wearing suits while playing was so uncool, so techno was our choice.” They have big plans:Amusical is in the making with 74 actors and pink elephants solely written for Berghain.
