The highly talented producer and label partner of Paco Osuna at Mindshake Records, Dela, is back again in Basswalk, but this time with his Devoted EP. In this EP we have three fantastic originals. The first one, Doin' Werk, has a solid tech base and the perfect a groove created between a powerful bass line and vocal lines that fully complements it. Can't Live Without, has a much more rhythmic base than the previous track with many percussions that enhances the mood very easily and also a very funky bass line too. The deep house stabs in the backend creates a great vibe in this track too. The last original, All Night Devotion, is the strongest of the originals and includes an almost hypnotic melody in the backend that complements amazingly with the vocals. It also has some perfectly placed arrangements with the percussions, besides a ground shaker bass line of course. Giuseppe Rizzuto is also present in this EP but remixing Doin' Werk, giving it a little twist by focusing mainly on the percussions and bass line groove, leaving a spot in the right moment for the original vocals to appear, creating a fantastic party mood. Kaiq took Can't Live Without to do two amazing remixes. One is the Deep Mix, where he takes the main base groove from the original track and adds some synth lines that creates an involving atmosphere in a superb and refined way. The second remix is the Techno Mix in which he plays a lot more with the vocals from the original, highly effectized, but sounding perfectly enough to complement the fantastic vibe created by the ambience sounds and the strong low-end groove too.
