Michel Sacher

Michel grew up in Basel, Switzerland and started DJing at the age of 15. Back then, he was entirely into trance music, he built his own Music studio and released successful trance records which gave him the opportunity to play at renowned clubs and festivals in Switzerland. In the late 2000s he changed his style to Melodic Techno, at the same time the Basel club Nordstern discovered Michel’s broad musical knowledge and skills for crafting stand-out sets and have offered him a residency in the well-known club. Since more than a decade he regularly shares the booth with artists such as Sven Väth, Seth Troxler, Kalkbrenner, etc. Michel often likes to play different genres in one set (Tech- & Afro House, Indie, Melodic Techno), because it’s more creatively challenging.
