Aartekt

Aartekt is made up of Liam Wachs and John Williamson. They are based in Leeds and London, where they hold a residency at Flux which John founded and runs. Liam has been producing for 7 years under various aliases. Their debut 12" Aartekt EP was released on Alland Byallo's Berlin imprint, Bad Animal, which briefly reached the top spot on Decks and received support from the likes of Tom Trago and Locked Groove. Rolling Energy was also featured in Ruede Hagelstein’s new Watergate 13 compilation mix. With a host of new material in the pipeline and a busy summer schedule lined up, the Aartekt boys couldn’t be more excited.
