Incorrect Music Presents :: {INC060} :: Patrick M - Spelling w/ Remixes by Marco Lys and Anthony Attalla As the weather warms so does our penchant for proper house music. Fresh before the ever popular Winter Music Conference in South Beach, Florida we bring you a funky number from Space (Miami) Resident, Patrick M aptly titled, "Spelling". With two huge remixes from Italian producer, Marco Lys and Detroit's Anthony Attalla, the result is a release that has a comfortable balance between house and tech-house, primarily made for the impending slew of pool parties and sunshine that are quickly approaching. The Original takes us on a driving ride complete with a soulful vocal chant tickling around driving synth stabs, saucy percussion and an undeniable sumptuous bassline that makes your insides tremble. Finally giving way to a dramatic vocal ballad compiled with a piano scale breakdown the hypnotic textures of the vocal loops bring the listener to a frenzy as it builds before the drop only to ride the intensity and funk straight to the final groove. Marco Lys delivers another masterpiece with an even more sultry rendition as he focuses on the piano riff, additional jazzy percussion and succinct big room sensibility. Blending a bit of soul with a dash of underground, he walks a beautiful line between accessible house and mysterious deep grooves. Incorrect Music label boss, Anthony Attalla has a targeted focus on his rendition that is cut from a slightly different cloth than its counterparts as he paints a throbbing tech groove with murky bass and poignant string and brass arrangement. The result is a a heads-down groover that is meant for darker rooms while still assimilating itself to the Patrick's original. More quality music from Detroit's, Incorrect Music... Keep dancing and embrace warmth that house music can bring to the soul!
