Jean Paul Adolphe is Mauritian born electronic music producer who moved to Australia to pursue his passion for creative arts. JPA is not only regarded as one of the top graphic artists in Australia, but he is quickly becoming recognized as one of the most cutting edge electronic music producers in the southern hemisphere all whilst holding residencies at many iconic club venues and festivals around Australia and Asia since the 90’s. Having already ticked so many boxes in his career to date JPA has made a habit of melding his influences together to create a totally unique sound that simultaneously nods homage to the masters of house whilst infusing the power of techno. The JPA sound can only be described by DA FUNK in all his music fluctuating between the power of techno but the soul of house and after sending a demo to Australia’s most well known record label “Chameleon Recordings”, they quickly responded and signed JPA to their artist agency and several tracks, one of which will be featured on the upcoming Chameleon – Colours 1 Compilation alongside many well know artists from around the globe. JPA has also been feature as artist of the month on Steve Ward’s well known “Chameleon Radio” show which is broadcast globally. Now JPA has finally broken out of the south by securing his first European tour and not to mention his inclusion in the 2014 Chameleon Showcase party at The Amsterdam Dance Event.
