Deepface
Deepface is Producer Chris Corby in collaboration with talented others.In 2004 Deepface released the debut EP “Been Good” featuring vocalist Shirley Davis which was a Club and Radio hit, reaching no.5 on the Australian Aria Dance Chart. Deepface went on to be nominated for an Australian Aria Best Dance Release in 2005. Further remixes were produced for Been Good and the Remix by UK's Paul Harris (Dirty Vegas) went on to become a dance floor hit in London in May/June of 2005.Late 2006 Deepface released the debut Album "Feel the Love" and received much positive support and airplay which continues to today. Deepface also released via Legendary US Dance Label Strictly Rhythm the single "I Want to Live" featuring vocalist Shirley Davis which reached the lofty heights of no.18 on the US Billboard Club Charts.2011 saw Deepface Producer Chris Corby back in the Studio and collaborating again with writer Francine Power (who sadly passed away in June 2011) and vocalist Syrene Favero on the track “Around the World”. Setting no boundaries or genres, this track sits somewhere in House with references to Tech, Soul or Deep House and is released via US Label Soul Shift and includes a Chris Corby Progressive Remix along with mixes from Wainscott, ..............................The release of Around the World has taken on added significance with the passing of writer Francine Power and is a tribute to her wonderful and original talent.
