Release n 25 on Chrom Recordings is again a special one: already the second EP from our own label manager Pedro Mercado in 2019, this time not with his usual studio partner Karada but together with Na Te. Na Te is a female DJProducer from Belgium, heavily influenced by the deep sound of Ibiza, and she is one of the fixed resident DJ's of our label Chrom. As a producer she collaborated already many times with Pedro Mercado resulting in releases and remixes on nice labels such as Dear Deer, Deeperfect, KDB, Piligrim, Rezongar,... This is already her 4th appearance on Chrom, but after 2 remixes and 1 original on a sampler, it's now finally time for an own EP, called Aname. The EP contains 2 original ethno house tracks, completed with a remix from each one. Both tracks Aname & Nimue could be cataloged as ethno house with strong powerful grooves, afro drums, tribal percussions, oriental influences and mesmerizing vocals. The title track Aname has been featured already several times last year in their own radio show Up-To-Deep on Ibiza Global Radio where Pedro Mercado & Na Te present the hottest deep house, deep tech & ethno house in the mix every Saturday afternoon. And too make the package really complete, we asked 2 amazing duos for the remixes. Remix of the title track Aname is made by a duo from Ibiza: Miguel Garji & Viana. Miguel Garji is one of th faces of Ibiza Global Radio with his daily radio show called "Deep Fusion". And every weekend he represents the sound of Ibiza (Global Radio) with gigs in all corners of the world. For this remix Garji teamed up with his Ibiza friend Javi Viana, also known as Viana. Viana is a real Ibiza resident DJ, with regular performances in the top spots all around the White Isle. Together they transform Aname into a real deep house gem.Remix of the second track Nimue is made by a duo from Berlin: Daniel Breyer & Felix Reiter aka Acado, formerly known as Techno Frhstck. After their fantastic Chrom EP together with Modest Crow last year, we just had to ask them back. We are very happy they made some time for us because they are about to sign on Still Vor Talent. In their typical style they slow down the original to 116 bpm without losing the vibe, and topping it of with some superb extra afro vocals.
