Berlin-based Dessous Recordings never disappoints. Steve Bug has built the label as a platform for his deep and vocal oriented house leanings, and manages to continually curate an incredibly prolific release schedule. So much so, that it is hard to stay on top of - luckily for us, the label occasionally gathers together tracks in a handy compilation, such as this We Like It Deep release.
The compilation is full of highlights from the label's roster, including killer tunes from the likes of Langenberg, James Dexter, Tom Flynn, Vincenzo and Thierry Thomas. The vibe is exactly what Dessous had become famous for - deeply felt house music with tonnes of emotion and an innate feel for what works on the floor.
