Alexandros Zymvragoudakis, professionally known as Starwalk, is a distinguished DJ, music producer, and sound engineer from Crete, Greece. With a career spanning over three decades, he has significantly influenced the electronic music scene, both nationally and internationally. Early Career and Musical Exploration In the early 1990s, Starwalk began his journey as a DJ, performing in various bars and clubs across Crete. His deep appreciation for diverse musical genres led him to roles as a radio producer, where he showcased a wide array of styles, including Acid Jazz, Indie Rock, Trip Hop, and Dance Music, with a particular emphasis on Soul, Funk, and Jazz from the '70s and '80s.
