First up, Groovy Bone head honcho Diskull wastes no time in doing the damn thing. An epic build is followed by a fat rubbery bass line that flexes and flows beneath a bed of shuffling beats. All the while the haunting vocal cascades above seductive horns.
Next, enter On Deck, an industry vet and A&R for Tommie Sunshine's Brooklyn Fire imprint. His rhythmic approach to 'Bodies Rushing' takes things in an entirely new direction. With its mutated top-line and chugging 808 bass, this is a prime-time heater with some serious weight.
Rock Bottom Records co-owner, Luxo preserves the melodic feel of the original and injects it with some proper bouncy and deep vibes. Bright and moody, this one is all about the bass line.
Rounding out the package is newcomer WOAHH!, who delivers a remix that's heavy on intricate sound design. He utilizes the vocal to great effect and has crafted a groovy counter melody that balances his syncopated percussion beautifully.
