Liber Pater, the father of freedom, is an ancient Roman entity that represents freedom of expression, speech and rights. He personified the freedom of the people, as opposed to the common servitude at the time, and represents inhibition, inebriation and the powerful subversion capacity inherent in each of us. In a restrictive society where often people have to hide their true nature to fit the standards, often the dance floor is the refuge, where people can be themselves no matter judgments, they can dance in "weird" ways, can scream, can loosen themselves, allow themselves to be truly free, truly happy.
