40Thavha, the stage name of Riccardo Tavarelli, is an Italian producer and composer born on July 24, 1973, in Loano, in the province of Savona, Liguria. Raised in Finale Ligure, he later settled in Albenga. Registered with SIAE as an author and composer, he began his music career in the early 1990s, producing electronic music using analog techniques. In 1998, under the alias Gotham Bros, he worked as a ghost producer, contributing to remixes such as “Children” by Robert Miles and “Strange” by Interfront (active from 1998, despite some sources mistakenly citing 1994) 40Thavha creates evocative melodies using DAWs and virtual synthesizers.
