40Thavha is the pseudonym of Riccardo Tavarelli, an Italian producer, remixer, composer, and songwriter born on July 24, 1973, in Loano, a town in the province of Savona, Liguria region. He began his musical career in 1998 as a ghost producer under the name Gotham Bros, contributing to notable projects such as the remix of "Children" by Robert Miles and the 1994 remix of "Strange" by Interfront. After a long period of inactivity, he returned to the scene in 2014, connecting with a Ligurian producer and talent scout from the 90s dance group Humanize, who had discovered various talents, including the well-known Italian rapper Maurizio Pisciottu. 40Thavha specializes in uplifting trance, a genre characterized by romantic and melancholic melodies.
