Hot off The Statra Sound compilation, Brooklyn based Statra Recordings returns to continue its tradition of quality dance releases. This one a tremendous EP by veteran Esho producer Cassady Locke (a.k.a. Cassady).
The Loa starts us off with a classic afro house banger. Organs and drums give way to bubbly guitars and synths dancing over live bass and percussion. A real feel good summertime in the park vibe. Oliver Deutschmann continues the journey while stripping away the track to its bare essentials. Tension builds while the track thins only to reintroduce key elements back into this aural journey. An infectious bassline keeps your feet moving while your mind deeply wanders into a jungle of music. The Oliver Deutschmann Remix was hand selected by GM Dan Mullins on The Statra Sound- Unreleased, Reissues & Bsides |STA3-2041|.
