Following a strong start to 2017 with the sixth release on Greenstone (I Hear You/Yama) it's time for number seven and the next instalment of two very special tracks:
Firstly, the piano infused vibes of Yama is a brand new track close to Rolo's heart. Written expressly for that special moment at the end of the night when there is time for one last tune. Whakatika, meaning Up in Rolo's native language, is the perfect way to close out the night and send the fans into orbit.
Next up a new remix of 2016's Raven, a track that saw multiple plays from both Above & Beyond and Gareth Emery and a personal favourite of Rolo's. With a stripped back take on the original, beautiful use of the original vocal and driving drums and percussion, the final piece of this melodic puzzle; the moog lead, arrives in the main break to compliment and pull together all the elements of this story.
