After making her debut on Freq Traxx, Volume 1, Philadelphia-based producer Jay Hill returns to Superfreq for a full release, this time in collaboration with up-and-coming Scot, Arctor.

Mercurial starts with solids off beats containing splashy infectious high hats, which is soon joined by a warm & rich tension chord. Tripped out acid melodies join as the spoken word vocal draw you in, which are soon joined by an old school tech house chord stabs that make you grin from ear to ear. This timeless piece sounds retro & modern all at once.

Asad Rizvi supplies a sublime Silverlining remix, which in typical style starts with a warm shuffling house groove littered with micro samples that have you immediately hooked. When the bassline drops you simply have no choice but to shake you behind until the chords lift you into pure bliss while the tripped out samples on top make this a sure fire winner.

Mr.C's remix takes proceedings back to the off beat, with old school electro rhythm sequences containing hypnotic cow bells & driving claps. C cleverly chops the vocals to create a different slant on the original song while the off beat bassline drives the bottom end before an off kilter 303 joins the track to make this an absolute winner for all proper electro Freqs.
