Chris Kionke

Born and bred in the Rhine-Main area surrounding Frankfurt/ Germany, DJ and rookie producer Christian (or Chris) Kionke was infected with electronic music before he could even walk properly, when his dad introduced him to Kraftwerk at a very early age. The infection soon took over his being and after years of partying throughout the 1990s to the sounds of legendary Frankfurt-based DJs like Sven Väth, Mark Spoon, DJ Dag or Pascal FEOS, he eventually started DJing for himself at a local club back in 1997- heavily influenced by the so-called "Sound of Frankfurt" in all of its facettes.
