Budakid's 'Walkman' single gets the remix treatment. Dutch duo Tunnelvisions strip things back with monotone bass allowing the glorious synth elements to take centre stage. A more direct approach ensures that the energy never slips, aside from a deep, almost hypnotic bassline. Bufi lays on shaking tambourines, massive swathes of reverb and looping synth elements to increase the tension and drama at first. Then comes a warped, buzzing, electro-style riff, which trades places with a sorrowful, low-key arpeggio. Darker than the original, it provides a stark contrast to its optimistic sound and is made for more intense moments.
