When Glenn Morrison was approximately 18 years old he wrote one of his first records that went to vinyl production, on a now defunct label called Big House Records. We found the original premaster wav files and as this record was never digitally released, we are more than happy to present this 'Siesta' record, which has pan flutes, a rotund baseline, and a warm rich texture in the pads. On the B Side is Glenn Morrison's first teacher of how to produce records - Bruce Aisher, also known as Gutterstylz. A true electronic music pioneer, Bruce has had Number 1 Billboard Records in the UK with 'It's Gonna Be (A Lovely Day)', all the way to his Bedrock Records band 'Suicide Sports Club', where he performed at Glastonbury and many incredible festivals around the world. His remix here is a more club heady introspective version. Beautifully long delays wind this record into synth choppy dream land. Lastly, there is Hungarian composer and DJ, Andy Slate. He used to throw amazing parties in Hungary and Lake Balaton, and with his constant DJ support with Danny Howells, Carl Cox, and Nic Fanciulli, this release has a taste of sensibilities leaning towards the uptempo chugging techno variety.
