"Back to the Future" by Pagano feat. Stewart Who?
Francesco Pagano, Italian born, London based, world renowned DJ/producer picked up the torch from Wayne G to throw Stewart Who? back into the national charts with this new single appropriately titled, 'Back To the Future’.
Who would have thought that the current appetite for 21st century chemicals would prove too much for the infamously hedonistic Stewart Who?
In ‘97 DJ Wayne G recorded ‘Twisted’ with the journalist Stewart Who? The unique dance hit led to a world tour, a shocking movie and several nervous breakdowns for the vocalist.
Pagano’s charm and technical skills lured Stewart from retirement and they teamed up to record a catchy number titled ‘Back to the Future’. It’s the perfect follow up single to ‘TWISTED’ and continues the tradition of dark vocals, hypnotic beats and drug fuelled controversy.
‘BACK TO THE FUTURE’ was snatched off the market by super NYC label, KULT Records who were quick to spot a hot track when they heard it. Rapidly, the tune crept to the top of radio and DJ play lists on both sides of the Atlantic. The tune was quickly licensed to several prestigious compilations around the globe. It can be found on Matinee’s ‘CIRCUIT’ festival album, Centaur Records' ONE MIGHTY WEEKEND Vol. 3 mixed by Perfectbeat’s Roland Belmares and on Billy Club Vol. 2- hailing from the infamous Milan/Ibiza disco.
Supported and praised by such heavy weights as Danny Rampling, Quentin Harris, DJ Vibe, Cevin Fisher and Mark Pichiotti, this tune is a hit that just keeps on giving. Gaydar Radio in the UK said, "...people are genuinely going crazy for 'Back to the Future'...I can tell you it's been one of the most popular and most requested tunes EVER on Gaydar radio."
The Pagano Original Guitar Mix spent 4 weeks at Number 1 on Gaydar’s ‘Your Choice Chart’ based on daily requests by listeners.
Stewart has performed the track live at the Ministry of Sound, Heaven, Pacha London, Matinee at Cable, Hustlaball London and the Gaydar Soho Live festival in London’s Soho Square.
