Manchester based producer Loz Goddard got off to an early start with music, learning to play the drums at the age of nine and the guitar shortly thereafter. Such an early lesson in the essentials of drum patterns and rhythm elements has led to a solid foundation in what Loz considers to be one of the most crucial components in his own production. Aged only of twenty-one years old, this guy who's already appeared on a host of leading imprints such as Kolour Recordings in Detroit seems to have the music sense under his skin, delivering quintessential deep-house accompanied by vocals, saxos and mindblowing synthesizer sounds. He drops his first Ep on Goldmin and that clearly defines the quality of his music. Influenced by funk, disco and detroit downbeat stuff, he pours out his magic recipe on Goldmin Music: Brilliant, funky deep house stuff that easily rivals some of today's best deep-house producers and has the qualities to age up here like greatest deep house productions.
