Summer time was an awesome progress for us so we continue surprising you with a fine choice of artists. Putting out number 57, we are extremely happy to welcome on board our friend Nic Gliks aka Glico (Belgium). We have known Nicolas for a long time as we have collaborated on some other projects outside Alboratory. He definitely is one of a kind and usually lets the music do the talking. In that aspect, Glico follows a groovy and catchy line with a fine percussion section that makes unique and playful rhythm. Through the years, he has gained much respect from different artists around the globe and has also released on some hyped-up labels such as Baile Musik, Karton, Draft, Earlydub, Tip Tap Records, Innocent Music and more. Not long after, he is coming back with an EP for Alboratory called Ho Low that consists of two tracks shaped up with a typical groove and dynamic dub / tech house vibe that shines on the leading track Ho Low. The second one called Just Ice is calmer but also playful at the same time. The background is formed by floating vocals and snare composition which keep the dynamics. In addition, a synth bass line and piano one-shots make this bijou sounding more spiritual. Above all, in order to make this more prolific we bring you the well-known Serbian producer Petar Cvetkovic who is part of the Dirty Soundz agency based in Beograd. Petar contributes to the EP with his interpretation of the leading track Ho Low while keeping some of the percussion section but still shaping it in his own way. Melancholic rhythm formed of smooth bass line along with the open hats that breathe behind all make the atmosphere more alive. On another side well-selected toms run at the background that enhances the overall vibe. Last but not least, we advise you to just listen and let your soul and body dance. You wont regret it!
