To mark our tenth release and to coincide with our first birthday, we've pulled out all the stops! Not only have we unearthed some mind-blowing new talent in the shape of young Danny Hartley but also enlisted the help of our good friend and frequent label supporter Nils Noa for a remix.

Danny's 'Blade Nought EP' consists of two original deep house cuts. Title track 'Blade Nought' is the slightly tougher of the two with bright electric keys, bold bass and crisp top end percussion. The appropriately titled 'She Loved Sax', in contrast, is a more laid back affair. Layered stabs, sultry bass and subby kick occupy the low frequencies while the atmospheric sax floats above the mix to deliver the essential hypnotic element.

The remix comes courtesy of Norwegian veteran Nils Noa. With an incredible career spanning the last decade, Nils is somewhat of a superstar in his hometown of Oslo. As one of the youngest DJs to ever to appear on Pete Tong's Essential mix, he's performed around the globe with over 40 highly successful releases under his belt.
