Jacky Mal

Growing up in Yorkshire, Jacky Mal was heavily influenced by his dad’s passion for the Blues and Funk & Soul music. In his teenage years, his passion grew for music of all types, including building a vast collection of underground Hip Hop and Reggae tracks. He then discovered House music at the legendary Back 2 Basics night in Leeds, before stepping behind the decks as a DJ at some of Yorkshire’s best clubs and parties. Jack then moved to China and Kenya where he developed a love for all sorts of World Music, further adding to his huge collection of music.
