Kay-Chi is an Athens-based musician born in Greece in the 1980s. His journey into music began at an early age with piano lessons, later evolving into a career as a DJ in the 2000s, performing at numerous events in Greece and the U.S. In 2020, he shifted his focus to music production, drawing inspiration from the nostalgic sound of 80s synthesizers. Influenced by artists like Tangerine Dream and John Carpenter, he crafts immersive, analog-driven soundscapes that blend retro aesthetics with modern electronic music. Kay-Chi operates a fully analog vintage synthesizer studio, shaping his signature sound with authentic hardware. His music has been released on renowned labels such as Bungalo Disco, Espacio Cielo, Melopee, and Voltion records.
