Frankye Lova, Luigi Gori and Stephan Seddel mark their Bonzai Progressive debut with the impressive Philla EP. For the last year this trio of artists have been churning out quality vibes on various labels. They switch between different styles with ease ensuring maximum impact on the floors. Milan born Frankye runs his Abhfart radio show on Pureibizaradio. His DJ sets and productions are always looking for energetic and deep sounds influenced by minimal melodies and alternating with breaks, always creating excitement. Luigi started to make music in 1989 and released his first track in 1993. Also known as Presslaboys, this is where he released the bulk of his works over the years. From an early age Stephan was experimenting with music. He started to play at local clubs as a DJ and from there he became fully immersed in the world of electronic music. He has released quality vibes on many labels and continues to wow the crowds when he gets behind the decks. An exciting trio we're delighted to have on board.

Philla gets right down to business, settling into a nice progressive mover after a short intro. Deep, warm basses fill out the track which powered by a tight drum arrangement and rhythmic percussions. Hypnotic musical notes build character into the sound as we're taken deeper into the groove. The break reveals bright melodies contrasted with deep basses and cool FX before climaxing back into the main groove for the duration. A definite must for any building prog set.

Krap sets out with a stuttering bassline which is joined by a single percussion hit and distant melodic notes. Sharper hi hats and more rhythmic drums start to come through before the kick drum gets us on the move proper. Deep, dark basses reverberate through the low end adding a solid base for the track to build while trippy FX hypnotize. An epic vibe sweeps over the track you soon get locked into its alluring groove. Fantastic stuff that will not disappoint.

Deva opens with a soft pad as bright percs and FX float across followed by a fading in kick drum. Rhythmic percussions layer up and the kick drum gets a boost alongside a slowly fading rumbling bassline. Subtle arpeggios ebb and flow before a short break climaxes with a superb punchy bass drop. The track goes deep, taking us into the abyss with organic synths that cut a mesmerizing path. The main break is dominated by the subtle melodies and quality FX before we're dropped right back into full on mode for the duration. A top notch slice that is not to be missed.
