4 Spices EP (Originally released in 1996 on KULT Records). Top Floor Groove opens with a funky quality to it. The bass line is exactly what you'd expect. With high hats right up front, an organ introduces you to some vocals that are very good. Play that bass guitar and sing those notes are accompanied by a some Rhodes piano in the background. Listen to this, you will like it. Love Changes is Cut n chop house-Just listening to the opening of this record will capture your attention. Now here come the vocals. They are set right on top of the hard, hitting funky sound. The bass line will remind you of Bohanon, so if you like, play it during the peak of your evening. I'm sure the dance floor will like it. Don't forget to turn up the bass on the break. Funky Connection is Sampled house-Now this version is a little lighter. The kick on this version I must say I like. I would definitely take this to the turntables. There are some female vocals which are up front and very catchy. Afterwards the track introduces and organ in the behind which doesn't take away from these females. Give this cut a listen to.
