Occor Onairus DJ is born in Italy. His first approach in music starts when he was just 16 years old when, with some friends (Joy’s Melody), begin to collaborate in a local radio. Every day listening different genre and labels of imported music like Rap, Soul, R&B, House, Techno, Acid, prepare him to develop an early taste for all the greatest bands. Very soon he find himself spinning records in his basement for friends and neighbor, starting experimenting mixing sounds by using an old Yamaha synthesizer. What was just a hobby become a passion for music, Occor Onairus together with is friend Vince Overture (know as The Sun Tribe) start to discover all the hot spot on town where latest hit were played; "Progressive music had a great impact in my life, but I soon realized that a lot was missing." Sun Tribe gave birth to their first Dream Progressive production in 1995 with “Dust” in collaboration with DJ Lello B. Soon collaborations with other artist like B. Borgazzi e C. Diva, gave Sun Tribe a chance to produce a series of Progressive and Minimal tracks with Subway Records. Horbital ’95, Full, Open The Door, Cubaline, Sahara Vol. 1, are some of the release from 1995 to 1997. “Music in Italy was changing fast back than, in few years we where listening Progressive, Garage, Two Step, Hardcore, Industrial, House Music and who know what else...” 1998 Occor Onairus again collaborate with Vince Overture’s band ”Echams“ producing a House Remix of “Love X Love”. Occor Onairus 1999 start traveling around the globe discovering and embracing new styles and sonority, having as a reference base San Francisco and Miami, in this last attending major event like the WMC. Some of the latest release includes “Sun Shock” in 2007 and “Seed the Music” in 2009. “Deep House is what I enjoy to produce most including Minimal and Tribal...anyways a lot more I have to offer and now more than ever I'm thirsty for music.” More Occor Onairus project, release and collaboration are in the horizon so be ready ...
