Modefunk delivers fresh energy to the Drum & Bass scene - dark, heavy, and always with a touch of funk. As a Swiss artist influenced by club culture, futuristic soundscapes and a passion for experimental sounds, Modefunk creates music designed for the dancefloor as well as for intense listening experiences away from the mainstream - raw, digital and with a conscious demand for quality and innovation. In September 2023, Modefunk achieved 3rd place in the official Neonlight - Bullhead remix contest. His version was selected by Neonlight & Blackout Music and released for free download via their SoundCloud - a milestone that affirmed his sound within the global D&B scene.
