Clement Bazin

Clement, a new favorite of WithUsRecords since last winter, is a Parisian producer who uploads his amazing tracks on soundcloud. Just like that. But things change. In May 2012, he released his first EP entitled “Inner Voices EP” on our label. Inspired by the triumphant Californian beat scene and by the legendary UK garage family, he invites us into an electronic universe inspired by multiple influences. Clement is also a steel drum and a steel pan teacher at the Conservatoire in Paris and in the Yonne, at the young age of 27. This instrument, shaped out of an oil barrel, reminds us of remote tribal cultures and of the darkest hours of colonial and slave history.
