Bollen & Fichtner are Gertjan Bollen and Pascal Fichtner. This Belgian-Berlin collaboration is focused on bringing qualitative underground electronic music with a slightly deep and dark twist, created with the dance floors of the international top-notch clubs in mind. Two years ago they decided to combine forces and haven't looked back since. Supported by the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Robert Owens, John Selway, Ultrasone, Soren Aalberg and Massimo Girardi, they are ready to play a prominent role in today's electronic music scene. On this new release, title track 'Yofeelmeh?' is a very accurate representation of the musical style they stand for. Dark, industrial and menacing grooves are packed with subtle pads and authentic vinyl noises, topped off with a sinister spoken voice. 'Panfluit' is an up-tempo dance floor track with an atmospheric break, adding a slightly mysterious twist, especially useful during the closing hours of a typical club night. 'Keep On', the original title track, proves a peak time monster with a second break that will ignite every single dance floor. All while the contagious snare keeps on moving. Sascha Sonido delivers a smooth deep house remix of 'Keep On', combining the vocals of the original track with some nice chords, stabs and a subtle groove below it.
