The Robot Scientists

The Robot Scientists are Markus Schneider and Stefan Maurer, two music connoisseurs, DJs and vinyl collectors from Saarbrücken, Germany. As artists and producers, they worked with legends like Alexander Robotnick and David Caretta, as DJs, they shared stages with Giorgio Moroder and Die Antwoord. On the decks, they spin a highly energetic, 80s infused, funky and bouncing „all killer, no filler“ mixture of melodic, futuristic and psychedelic Indie Dance, Playa Tech, Italo and Space Disco. They also are two of the three behind Emerald & Doreen Records and also run the DJ mixtape & premiere series Something Spæcial, one of the leading Indie Dance & Cosmic Disco channels on Soundcloud.
